Thank you so so so much for your support of my work and your interest in having a custom Crafty Abbe headpiece!! Y’all are the absolute best!!

I’ve had several folks ask me about securing a spot on my headpiece list. 2027 is an exceptionally short Mardi Gras season and prep is already underway! So, with increased demand and limited capacity, I’ve created a waitlist to accommodate as many folks as I can and in the most transparent way.

Here’s how it works:

Joining the waitlist includes a deposit of $50. That $50 will be applied to the final price of your headpiece.
Final prices for custom Crafty Abbe headpieces for the holiday ‘26 - Mardi Gras ‘27 season will start at $100 and can go up from there depending upon what your request is. Each custom piece is truly bespoke to you and your preferences on theme, materials, size, base structure, etc. so I can’t give a standard final cost.
After you join the waitlist I will reach out to you. We’ll discuss your ideas, the details of how I can make your vision come to life, and determine a final design and anticipated final price.
Your deposit is non-transferrable. If for whatever reason we determine I cannot fulfill your request during our initial conversation, I will refund your deposit. Outside of that, your deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the final cost of your headpiece.
You’ll pay the remaining balance (final price minus $50 deposit) of your headpiece per the terms of whatever we agree to, typically in one final installment, though I am flexible if you need to spread out payment. If you’d like to pay in installments, just ask me and we’ll set the terms of that up front. Full payment must be received by me before you get receive headpiece.
Unless otherwise agreed to, all headpieces are for local NOLA pickup only. No shipping.
If you would like multiple headpieces of the same design, please indicate in the form below. If you would like multiple headpieces from me during this holiday season that are different designs, each design needs to be it’s own entry into the waitlist with it’s own deposit.
Headpieces will not be made exclusively by first come/first served of joining the waitlist, as this is a large time span. However, joining the waitlist guarantees you I will be able to make you a headpiece this season, and it gives you priority access on my timeline to do so. I will provide the anticipated date by which I expect to have your headpiece to you, and in the form below I also ask you for your estimated due date.
Any headpiece requested within the two weeks prior to it’s due date will be considered a rush order. I may not be able to accommodate a rush order and if I cannot, I will communicate that to you and refund your deposit. if I can accommodate your rush order, it will come with an rush fee that will be determined by the details of your request.
